This BMW MSD81 ECU Cloning Service is designed for all N54-equipped BMWs using the upgraded MSD81 DME. This module replaced the earlier MSD80 and resolved common issues like MOSFET failures and injector driver faults — but MSD81 units still fail due to water damage, corrupted flash memory, or no-communication conditions.

Using advanced bench programming hardware, we perform a full data transfer from your original MSD81 to your replacement unit, including:

  • Full flash memory

  • EEPROM data

  • ISN (immobilizer)

  • VIN

  • Vehicle coding

  • Adaptation data (when supported)

  • Injector calibrations (if stored in DME)

Your replacement ECU is programmed to be a direct plug-and-play match, with no dealer coding or CAS alignment required.
