Shipping Damage Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during shipping, whether the shipment is inbound to us or outbound back to the customer. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, all responsibility transfers to the carrier.
We strongly recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance and use a reliable carrier with tracking for all shipments.
Mail-In Service Packaging Responsibility
For all mail-in services, the customer is fully responsible for proper packaging of their item(s) when shipping them to us.

Items must be securely packaged to prevent movement, impact damage, moisture exposure, or electrostatic damage during transit.

We will return your item(s) in the same packaging in which they were received, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If the original packaging is inadequate, damaged, or unsafe for return shipping, any damage resulting from insufficient packaging is the sole responsibility of the customer.
No Liability for Improper Packaging
We are not liable for any damage caused by improper, insufficient, or reused packaging supplied by the customer, either during inbound or return shipping.
By sending a mail-in item to us, you acknowledge and agree that:
