Service Details

Our complete BMW diesel injector rebuild process includes:

• Full Disassembly: Each injector is fully stripped down to its internal components for inspection.

• Ultrasonic & Solvent Cleaning: Removes all carbon, varnish, and debris from internal and external surfaces.

• Component Inspection: Check valve, nozzle, control piston, spring, and seat tolerances are measured and inspected under magnification.

• Electronics Testing: Solenoid or piezo actuator tested for correct resistance, activation time, and response.

• Flow & Spray Pattern Testing: Each injector is flow-bench tested at simulated rail pressures for spray uniformity and atomization.

• Resealing & Reassembly: New OEM-grade seals, O-rings, and copper washers installed during final assembly.

• Final Pressure & Leak Test: Validates proper sealing and internal pressure stability before shipment.
