How It Works – Mail-In Option:

2. Ship Required Items: See below for what to send based on your system type.

3. We Cut and Program: Your key is prepared and fully programmed in-house.

4. We Ship It Back: You receive a fully functional key, ready to use.

How It Works – Remote Programming Option:

1. Place Your Order: Add to cart and choose Remote Programming during checkout.

2. We Ship the Key: We laser cut and mail you the blank, unprogrammed key fob.

3. Set Up Your Laptop: You'll need a Windows laptop, reliable internet, and an ENET cable or VVDI interface.

4. Remote Session: We remotely connect to your laptop via TeamViewer to program your new key to your car.

5. Done in Minutes: No module removal. No downtime. Your key is ready to start the car immediately after the session.

What to Send (Mail-In Option):
– CAS4 or FEM/BDC module
– 1 working key (if available)
– VIN and photo ID
– DME only required if all keys are lost
– Optional: Original blade for key matching

System Requirements by Model:
CAS4 Systems (F01, early F10, early F25):
– Requires CAS4 module + working key or DME if all keys lost
– Remote programming possible with ENET cable (limited models)

FEM/BDC Systems (F30, F22, F32, F87, etc.):
– Requires FEM or BDC module + original key, or DME if all keys lost
– Remote programming supported on all FEM/BDC vehicles with ENET cable 

- Some vehicles may require a refundable tool deposit for full remote programming. These tools must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery date to be eligible for deposit return.
