Developed in-house using professional tuning tools and dyno-verified maps, this calibration enhances performance, throttle response, and power delivery while maintaining OEM reliability and drivability.

All tunes are built on the Siemens MS41 / MS41.1 ECU, tested on real vehicles and refined for both stock and modified setups.


Tuning Options

1. Mail-In Off-The-Shelf Tune
Ship your ECU to us and receive a plug-and-play performance calibration tailored to your mods.

  • ECU is read, tuned, and shipped back within 1–2 business days

  • Best for stock or lightly modified engines (intake / exhaust)

2. File-Based Off-The-Shelf Tune
Send your ECU readout file (.bin) via email, and we return a tuned version ready to flash.

  • Requires OBD or bench reading tool

  • Ideal for international or DIY tuners

3. Custom Remote Tuning Package (includes 2 Adjustment Sessions)
For high-performance or unique builds, our custom tuning package includes two personalized revision sessions.

  • You provide live data logs (AFR, fuel trims, timing, VANOS activity, etc.)

  • We analyze and revise the tune after each session

  • Ensures ideal fueling, ignition, and response for your setup

  • Recommended for M50 manifold swaps, cammed engines, turbo, or high-compression setups


Estimated Performance Gains

Our off-the-shelf tunes typically yield 12–15 horsepower and 15–18 lb-ft of torque on stock M52B28 engines, and up to 20–25 horsepower and 25 lb-ft of torque with supporting bolt-ons like intake and exhaust upgrades.
S52 engines generally see gains of 10–15 horsepower and 12–16 lb-ft on stock setups, or as much as 20–25 horsepower when paired with bolt-ons or an M50 manifold swap.
Forced induction or heavily modified builds can achieve 50 to 150+ horsepower increases depending on setup and boost level when tuned through our custom package.
All calibrations are optimized for 91–93 octane and maintain excellent drivability and throttle smoothness.

  • Include your name, contact info, vehicle details, and modifications.

  • Pack securely with padding to prevent damage.

  • Email your ECU readout file (.bin / .ori) and modification list after purchase.


Turnaround:

  • Mail-In Tune: 1–2 business days after receipt

  • File-Based Tune: 1–2 business days after file submission

  • Custom Tune: 3–5 days depending on data feedback turnaround
