Our injector service brings your 6.0L Powerstroke HEUI injector back to life with professional cleaning, resealing, and rebuilding. Each injector is fully disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt with all new wear components. Standard service returns the injector to stock flow, ideal for reliability and OEM performance.

For those seeking performance upgrades, we also offer larger nozzle options:

Flow Options:

• Stock Flow: Restored to original factory flow and spray pattern. Best for daily driving, towing, and reliability.

• 30% Over Nozzles: Provides increased fueling while maintaining good drivability. A balanced choice for trucks that want more response and pulling power without going extreme.

• 75% Over Nozzles: Designed for performance builds that require significantly more fueling. Best suited for trucks with upgraded turbos, fuel systems, and tuning where maximum output is the goal.

Service Includes (Per Injector):

• Ultrasonic cleaning to remove carbon and oil buildup

• Inspection of all internal and external components

• Replacement of wear items:
